How Do I Find an Outsource Company?

Stumble it!

When shopping for the perfect outsource company it is important to know what you are looking for before actually talking to anyone. For example:

Do you want phones answered?

Do you want outsource company to make sales? and take credit card info?

Do you want customer service questions answered or transferred back to your home office?

Do you want 100% of the incoming calls directed to the outsourcing company?

Those are just a few of the questions you should be asking yourself. I would start with a simulation customer and role play how you want that customer to go through the process.

Once you have determined what your outsource company should do for you, start looking for personal recommendations. Don’t just pick up the phone book or do a Google search, you should already know the type of company you are looking for, so finding that company is going to be easier.

If you can’t find any reputable sources that will give you a recommendation, try asking on business owner forums. My favorite is the Small Business Community Forums. You should start your search there before choosing a company based off of an advertisement.

Once you’ve found a company that does what you want, you can really get down to business!
