Or you can go with a free option like Blogger or WordPress.com. Call center blogging can utilize any of these platforms. The point is just to find one that works for you and your budget.
Once you decide on a platform, you need to name your call center blogging. You could pick a catchy name like You Had Me At Hello, or you could pick a keyword focused name like Call Center Consultants. Either way, pick a name that your visitors can spell and remember.
Once you have a platform and a name for your call center, you need to start blogging. Pick a catchy design that you like and you think your readers will like. Then start writing on your blog.
