Reduce Call Center Turn-Over

Keep call center turn over down by helping your employees to have a good job. As call center supervisor you have a lot of control over your employees and how they experience their job. You can control whether or not they enjoy their job. Here are few ideas on what you might do to keep your call center employees happy.

You can have a contest to see who can have the fewest customer complaints in a certain time period. Or do the reverse: have a contest to see who can get the most customer praises during a time period. You could also have certain incentives for how many calls your employees handle in a certain time. But you don’t let this sacrifice quality for your customers.

Finally, you can encourage your employees to make themselves at home in the call center. Allow your employees to decorate their work spaces. Let them have some freedom in their call center workspace, to decorate their call center furniture and give it their own personal flare. Make sure it’s all removable, but don’t make them just work in a bland call center. Let them personalize and enjoy their environment.
