New Barbados Call Center Offers 300 Jobs
Deputy Prime Minister Mia Mottley cut the ribbon in a ceremony signifying the soon to open KM Solutions Barbados Limited Call Center in Building No. 4 at the Harbour Industrial Park, St Michael.
Barbados has recently become a place for call centers to look at since telecommunications rates have dropped and a new call center training program has opened up. With KM Solutions new call center, the call center service industry will definitely be gaining ground in Barbados.
Barbados isn’t only focusing on incoming and outgoing call centers, but also wants to look to medical transcription work. Great idea since the training is similar but the language barriers are non-existent as long as you can understand doctors.
Managing partner of KM Solutions, David Kreiss, says that KM Solutions will be focusing their call center to work with Fortune 500 companies since Barbados has good security and is near the United States.
This call center opening comes on the heels of the recent New Comcast Call Center in Plymouth.
