Lead Generation Call Center
Lead Generation is the process by which a call center sells leads to your company. They usually acquire these leads because they’re an outgoing call center and make either cold calls or calls to specific companies and individuals based on what demographic information you give them.
Lead generation in this way can be both good and bad, at the same time. LG through a call center can be good because you are usually only paying for the qualified leads that are acquired. However it can be bad because call centers can inflate those numbers and it is difficult and time consuming for you to figure out which leads are real and which don’t want to be bothered.
If you’re looking for any and all leads, this can be a good way to generate those potential customers, but just realize that if you’re paying $5 for a “qualified” mortgage lead, you might actually be paying more since some leads won’t be real and ready buyers.
