Global Sky is a leader in the call center industry. They’re state of the art website is a surprisingly refreshing change to the stagnant websites you’ll notice throughout the call center industry. Based in the Philippines, Global Sky caters to an American market. With James Stinson at the helm the call center industry is set for a revolution.
Global Sky has their main call center office in the Philippines but also has an office in Las Vegas.
One thing I noticed about Global Sky is when you first get to the website a chat window opens and says, “May I help you?” I didn’t have anything to ask, but felt that Global Sky would have been able to help if I needed it.
Another change from a standard call center website was the “Free Quote” offered by Global Sky.
If you’re in the Philippines and are looking for a job in a call center, you can apply online to Global Sky.
I was turned of by the video on their homepage that starts automatically. Every time I went forward to a page of the site then back to the homepage the video would start again. A cookie to track first time visitors or just having the video not start automatically would benefit visitors like me.
