Fitness for Home Call Center Workers

Stumble it!

It’s important when you are working at home with a call center job to be sure to get plenty of exercise. You’re sitting down all day and it’s very tempting to not exercise, but exercise helps keep your endorphins up. It helps keep your mentally alert, and it will help you do a better job for the call center.

One great exercise you can do is a thing like desk yoga. You don’t even have to leave your desk!

You should also make sure to do simple stretches: stretching out your arms and legs. This is all good for you and helps to keep you safe from things like pulmonary embolism.

Other work at home call center exercises that you can do are simple things like running on treadmill. Or you can use other typical home exercise equipment you might have, like an elliptical machine or a stair climber. This gives you a good cardio-vascular workout, which is important to keep your heart and lungs healthy.

Even though working at home, you still need to maintain fitness and the nutrition. They’re both vitally important for your health.
