Enterpise Call Center Opening in Oregon

Stumble it!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is opening a new call center in Eugene, Oregon. If you’re looking for a great call center job in the area, you should get in line now.

The new Oregon call center will hire a total of 200 agents. 120 of those will be full-time, and 80 of them will be part-time employees. Recruiters expect to begin hiring call center agents in February.

Enterprise’s new call center comes due to expansion by the company. Enterprise is based in St. Louis, and it just bought out the National and Alamo rental chains. The new, larger company found it difficult to cover customer reservation calls. Particularly, the later West coast and Hawaii hours are difficult for the Midwest company to handle. Thus, they plan for the Oregon call center to alleviate that problem.

The call center will pay modest wages around $13 to $14 per hour, plus benefits. For the Eugene, Oregon area, these wages will appeal to a good portion of the population.
