Call Center Opportunity - $10-11/hour

We are currently seeking 10 energetic Call Center Reps for our Cleveland area call center! We are a wireless cell phone company looking for dedicated individuals to perform the following duties:
Take inbound phone calls regarding rate plan issues and troubleshoot customer problems.
Log all calls into system
Must be able to handle high call volume.
Hours:
M-F 3pm-Midnight. MUST BE OPEN TO SECOND SHIFT AND WEEKENDS!
Pay:

IT Call Center Agent Part Time
Tremco Incorporated, Beachwood, Ohio
This individual serves as the central IT coordinator that receives all employee requests for IT services and for technical support via emails, telephone calls and Voicemail. Enter details of each call into the Corporate Services Desk application by creating a call ticket & dispatching the request to the proper IT personnel. Interact with the IT Services team on a daily basis. Provide standard approval forms via email for calls requesting computer hardware/software. Offer relevant instructional materials for standard Tremco applications. Perform follow-up on each call ticket & expedite as needed to meet expected response times. Maintain professional communication with all employees. Obtain employee feedback during the open call ticket. Address employee issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution .
