If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to generate data for a survey, a call center satisfies both quick and easy.  Depending on the amount of questions, you can have data back from your survey in as little as one day.

One of the great things about using a call center to complete your survey is that they can call a specific geographic market or a certain portion of the population based on demographic information.

What to survey women who make over $100,000 per year, are single and have kids?  Not a problem for call center survey companies.  They can easily take your request and turn it into hard data.

In comparison, you can spend two weeks hiring cold callers, set up 20 phones in your office, train these 20 people to make calls and how to ask questions, buy demographic data and finally try to figure out a good way to record data.  After all you don’t want them writing on a piece of paper right?  Save yourself the time and energy and hire a call center to do your survey!
