We’ve been thinking about starting a forum here, and we’d like your input. Please drop a quick comment below and let us know your thoughts.

Would you participate in a call center forum?

The forum would be free for anyone to participate in. It would provide a place for you to gather and talk with your colleagues in the call center industry. You could share ideas, tips, advice, and even horror stories that you’ve picked up along the way.
