If you need someone to answer the phones while you’re at lunch, or on the weekends, look no further than an answering service call center.  An answering service at a call center can answer the phones using your scripts so that customers feel like they’ve called your local office. If you need a call center to handle your phone answering on a full time basis, that can be arranged as well. Many call center have an answering service that is dedicated to answering the phones of their clients 24 hours per day. A good reason to do this is if you have a lot of bilingual customers and your office staff in monolingual and can’t understand your clients.

Other good reasons to use a full time answering service is so the phone will be answered even when you’re asleep.  Many companies such as a tow truck company will need to answer the phone 24 hours a day since cars break down all hours of the day.  An answering service can call you only when you need to dispatch a truck.  Another reason to have an answering service call center is if you sell products world wide.  Your customers may be awake in Germany while you’re asleep in California.  During the time difference a customer could call your answering service and still place an order while you’re dreaming of Disneyland!
